Carole Brulé, who originally hails from Kingston, Ontario, now lives in Ottawa where she paints from her country studio in beautiful Manotick, Ontario. Carole’s love of art began ‘as soon as she could hold a pencil’ and she says that her dad, who introduced her to his own love of oil and watercolour painting, inspired her lifelong passion for art.
Carole majored in Fine Arts and Psychology at Queen’s University and has been painting almost daily ever since. Carole embraces the creative process as an ‘ongoing journey of discovery’ in which artists share their unique interpretation of the beauty in the world around us. Working primarily in acrylic, oil and watercolour, Carole also enjoys exploring other mediums such as paint-pouring and mixed-media.
