Celebrating the colours and patterns found in nature

Donna’s love of nature is evident in her up-close and detailed flower portraits, which celebrate the colours and patterns found in nature. She is a big Georgia O’Keefe fan!

Her series of quirky anthropomorphic birds contain humorous examples of human qualities or characteristics to make you smile. She works in acrylics.

Now retired and living in Perth, Donna is a member of Arts Carleton Place, Rideau Lakes Artists Association and the Kanata Civic Art Gallery. She has been involved in studio tours and group shows since 2018 and some of her paintings have found their way to Australia and France.

Donna is the Art Curator for the Studio Theatre foyer in Perth.
