2024 Vendor Application Form

Please read the CALL TO ARTISTS for artist participation details. 

• (For Non-members) Complete the ACP Membership Application.
• Complete the registration form below. 
• Make payment for the correct amount (adding the $25.00 fee if you are joining/renewing membership in ACP) by an e-transfer to [email protected].
• Be ready to upload 2 jpg images of your art or artisan objects for sale at the show. PLEASE include your name in the file name. These images will be used in publicizing the event and you are requested to make these particular images exclusive to this event for its duration.
• You will be registered once your payment is received and membership status confirmed.
